Shipping to USA: 15–20 business days
Shipping to Other Countries: 15–25 business days

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you carry. If you’re not satisfied, you may return any item within 14 days of delivery — as long as it is unused and in original packaging.
Eligible items: Unused, unpersonalized (no monogram), returned in original condition
Refund method: Same as original payment
Processing time: 1–3 business days after we receive the returned item
