We know that choosing the right leather bag is a personal experience — and your satisfaction is our top priority. That’s why we’ve created a simple, transparent, and customer-first return & refund policy.

What Qualifies for a Refund?

You may return your item within 30 days of delivery if it meets the following conditions:

  • Brand new condition: Unused, undamaged

  • Includes original tags & packaging

  • Not personalized: Monogrammed items cannot be refunded unless defective

This helps us ensure that each handcrafted leather bag can be carefully inspected and processed for return.

How Refunds Are Processed

We keep things simple and secure.

  • Refund Method: Same as original payment (credit card, PayPal, etc.)

  • Processing Time: Within 14 business days of receiving your returned item

  • Notification: You’ll get an email once your refund is complete
